4. Nevertheless, you take part in road traffic with the tuned vehicles and are discovered, this can result in large penalties and also a driving ban.
5. Alternatively, you can allow the e-scooter with the higher speed, but then the provision for miniature electric vehicles no longer applies. This has the consequence that you may need a driver's license and other laws apply, depending on the maximum speed of your vehicle.
