Trello: formatting texts

Organizations use Trello as an application for agile project management according to Kanban principles. Task lists, maps, and boards help you keep track of important aspects of a project. Using the input commands of the Markdown syntax, you can format texts in Trello in no time.

These are the options you have in Trello for formatting text

In addition to the Trello shortcuts, there are also numerous options for text formatting with the Markdown syntax:
  1. Cursive text: Mark the text with one asterisk [*] each at the beginning and end of the section.
  2. Bold text: Use two asterisks [**] at the beginning and end of the text section to be marked bold.
  3. Cross out text: If you want to strike through text, insert two tildes [~~] before and after the section.
  4. Insert link: Would you like to insert a link, use a [<] before and a [>] after the URL.
  5. Lists: For a sorted or numbered list, simply put the respective number at the beginning of the line (for example, 1st, 2nd, 3rd).
  6. Heading: Put the [#] symbol before a text to create headings.
