BahnCard 100: Is a partner card possible? We clarify

BahnCard 100: This applies to the partner card

In principle, owners of a BahnCard 100 can also apply for a partner card. However, it is important to note:

• There are no 100 partner cards.
• Available, however, are the BahnCards 25 and 50 at reduced prices as a partner card.
• The partner card is valid for the same or a lower car class than the BahnCard 100. Here you have the choice. However, a higher car class is not possible.
• For 2nd class, the BahnCard 25 partner card costs 36.90 euros, the BahnCard 50 partner card is available for 114 euros.
• In first class, the prices are 72.90 euros and 226 euros.

As with all partner cards, proof of a civil partnership is the prerequisite for the order. For this, a common residence is usually already enough.
