Sims 4: Quit job - how to change profession

In the game Sims 4 you can create your own characters. In doing so, you control the lives of your Sims in both private relationships and professional interests. If you haven't found the right profession for your Sim yet or want a career change, simply quit the job.

How to quit a Sim's job

If you or your Sim are not satisfied with the current job situation, you have the options to quit it again. This is also necessary if you want to completely change the career of your Sim.

1. First you need to select the Sim in the game whose job you want to quit.
2. Then select the phone, which is located at the bottom of your screen.
3. Then select the house icon here, which stands for "Career/Household".
4. Then scroll all the way down until you discover the "Quit Job" button.
5. Now your Sim will call work and quit his job.
6. Then confirm your choice again by clicking "Ok".
7. If you just want to change a job, select the "Search Job" option. Auch diese erreichen Sie über das Telefon.
8. Wenn ein neuer Job gefunden wurde, bestätigen Sie anschließend mit „Ok“.
9. Die frühere Stelle wird nun automatisch gekündigt und Ihr Sim kann die neue Stelle ohne Probleme antreten.
