A screenshot is a photo of your screen including all open applications. With this handy feature, you can save important information or share interesting content with your friends, for example. However, it may happen that screenshots cannot be taken. This is because some apps prohibit the recording of image files for copyright reasons. These mainly include streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime. As soon as you close the app, you can take screen shots again.

How to take a screenshot

1. Press the Home button and hold it down.
2. Press the Volume Down button at the same time.
3. The screen will now light up briefly and vibrate if you have not deactivated the alarms.
4. In der Benachrichtigungsleiste wird angezeigt, dass ein Screenshot aufgenommen wurde.
5. Ziehen Sie die Benachrichtigungsleiste nach unten und tippen Sie auf „Bearbeiten“ oder auf „Anzeigen“.
