How to create a handout in OpenOffice
If you need a handout with the most important information for your paper or presentation, you can create it directly from an existing presentation.- To create a suitable handout for your presentation, please open the presentation with OpenOffice first.
- In the menu bar of the program, then click on the "File" tab and select the "Print" option.
- Thereupon, a new window opens with the print menu, in which you please navigate to the "Document" area and select the "Handout" entry from the drop-down menu.
- Now still determine how many slides should be printed on one page and specify how many copies you need.
- Once you have selected whether the handout should be created in color, black and white or grayscale, you can create it by clicking on "Print".
