Pokémon Go: Which Pokémon hatches from which egg?

If you want to get new Pokémon in Pokémon Go, you can hatch eggs. You can find these in gifts from friends or at Pokéstops. In order for the eggs to hatch, you have to walk between 2 and 10 kilometers. The longer the distance, the rarer the Pokémon in the egg.

These rules apply to eggs in Pokémon Go

In the augmented reality game Pokémon Go, players can obtain Pokémon eggs in various ways. These are hatched by the player walking a certain number of kilometers. The distance that must be covered determines which Pokémon can hatch from the egg. Shiny Pokémon can also hatch from all eggs. If you want to hatch an egg, you must not move faster than 10.5 kilometers per hour. Hatching eggs while driving is therefore not possible.

Examples of the different eggs

  • 2-KM eggs: ordinary Pokémon hatch from these eggs. These include Bisasam, Shiggy, Quieckel, Wailmer, and Plinfa.
  • 5-KM Eggs: In a 5-KM egg, you can find a rare Pokémon, such as Zwirrlicht or Finneon.
  • 7-KM Eggs: These eggs are special because they cannot be found. Instead, you get these eggs when friends send you gifts.
