Destiny: Sparrow Races - what the special event is all about

In the first part of Destiny, the Sparrow Races are already an integral part of the game. These are mainly about the Sparrow Racing League, in which you have to fight for victory. Various routes are available to you for this. But also in the second part, the races could soon be realized.

This is behind the Sparrow races in Destiny

After the release of the DLC "King of the Possessed", it was possible in the first part of Destiny to participate in the Sparrow races. Initially, this was meant to be a timed event, but it became more and more common. These are races in which six players fight for first place for three laps. It is possible to push the others off the track or steer them into obstacles. With the help of boost gates it is possible to get a speed boost and thus a corresponding advantage. But what's next for the Sparrow races?

1. Since the release of the second part of Destiny, new events and actions have been developed. However, since the races in the first part are permanent, you can play them there at any time.
2. But this also means that you can not expect any new features for the first part.
3. Till now, there was also no Destiny 2 event where you could participate in a Sparrow race. However, this should change with a new major update at the end of 2020. How the implementation, however, is not yet known. Geplant ist, mit den Rennen auch einen neuen Charakter einzuführen.
