No Man's Sky: Ship Missing? How to solve the problem

Once you own a freighter, you will see your other ships there on the landing pads. If this suddenly changes, it is no reason to panic, as the ships did not just disappear.

Keep calm: Ships do not irrevocably disappear in No Man's Sky.

In No Man's Sky, not all things are explained down to the last detail. Seemingly disappearing ships are a good example of this.

No Man's Sky: Ship disappeared? Just call it

Your ships do not remain permanently visible in the freighter. However, this does not mean that they are irretrievably gone. You can see and call your ships in the following way:

1. Open the quick selection. On the PC, this is the "X" key.
2. Select "Call Vehicles".
3. Select "Select Other Ship".

There you should now see all your other available ships and can call them in. This also applies to damaged ships you found in the wilderness and haven't repaired yet.
