Star Citizen: Travel and earn money with transport missions

Basically, transport missions are pretty simple:
  1. Open your mobiGlas and access the "Contracts Manager" tab.
  2. There you will see all available contracts. Transport orders can be found in the "Delivery" category under both "General" and "Personal".
  3. By clicking "Accept" at the bottom right, you accept the order. Important: You can also accept multiple orders and complete them in parallel.
The last point is relevant because it increases your efficiency. Indeed, you can often find several orders where the pickup location and destination are identical. With a transport flight, you can consequently do several orders at the same time.More tips on this:
  • At the top you will always see the payment for the order. Here usually applies: The higher the price, the greater the distance between pickup and drop-off. The longer flight is thus paid accordingly better.
  • You do not need a large cargo ship with massive SCU for these orders. These are only important for trade, where goods are automatically loaded and unloaded. For transport missions, you manually collect a small box and simply place it in the spaceship. The exact location does not matter, it does not necessarily have to be the transport room.
This means that owners of the vast majority of ships can earn money with transport missions. An exception are at most small special ships, which really have no storage space at all behind the pilot's seat; however, most players are sufficiently equipped.
