In order to connect to the Internet, you need a router. If you have purchased a Speedport W 925V or rented one from your ISP, you will need to set it up first. Before this is possible, you first connect the router to the F jack of your telephone socket using the cable provided. You will also need to connect a device to the router using a LAN cable. Also note that you must also connect the Speedport to a power source.

1. Now open your browser on the device that you have connected to the router.
2. Enter "speedport.ip" in the address bar.
