Open Google Play Store - these steps are necessary

The functionality of a smartphone can be extended with the help of various apps. There are numerous applications to choose from. To install another app on your system, you must first download it from the Google Play Store. You will find this already pre-installed on your smartphone.

How to open the Google Play Store

You can usually find the Google Play Store on any Android smartphone. Through it, you can download and install new apps on your phone. Apps can be games or help you with your daily tasks. Before you can download the applications, it is necessary to open the Google Play Store on the device.

1. Open the app overview on your smartphone. Usually, this is possible by swiping up from the bottom. Depending on the Android model, however, this may differ.
2. In the overview, you can see all the apps that are installed on your device.
3. Click on the icon with the triangle, one tip of which looks to the right. Unter dem Icon steht zudem „Play Store“.
4. Alternativ können Sie oben über das Suchfeld nach dem Google Play Store suchen und anschließend das Icon antippen.
5. Nun öffnet sich der Store und Sie können sich eine App aussuchen.
6. Haben Sie eine passende gefunden, klicken Sie diese an.
7. Um die App herunterzuladen, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche „Installieren“.
