What you can do about a server error in the Google Play Store

The Google Play Store is usually preinstalled on Android smartphones. Through it, it is possible to download new apps and then install them. You can find numerous applications in the store. These include games, everyday helpers and coaching apps, among others. When you are looking for new apps or open the Google Play Store, an error can occur. If it is a server error, various problems can be behind it.
  1. Restart your smartphone and try again to open the store.
  2. First check whether your smartphone is connected to the Internet. If you can not connect to your wireless network, restart your router to troubleshoot.
  3. If you are connected to the Internet, check if you can access a page with the browser on your phone. If this is the case, the error is directly on the Google Play Store.
  4. About various websites, you can find out if there is an error on the side of Google. If this is the case, you can only wait until the problem is fixed by Google.
