Huawei P Smart: Hard Reset - this is how it works

It often happens that your Huawei P Smart hangs and no longer performs any action. In this case, a hard reset is needed to use the smartphone again.

1. A hard reset can be performed very easily on the Huawei P Smart.
2. First, hold down the power button for a while and then also press the button with which you increase the volume.
3. Hold down both buttons for a short while until the display turns black and the Huawei logo appears on the screen.
4. In this mode, you can now choose from various options what to do with your smartphone.
5. Navigate through the menu with the volume buttons, select wipe data/factory reset and press the power button to confirm the action.
6. In the next window, repeat this process until you get to the confirmation prompt.
