Samsung Push Service: uninstall

The Samsung Push Service is an app that comes pre-installed on every Samsung smartphone and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Push Service allows you to manage notifications from other Samsung apps.

How to uninstall Samsung Push Service?

If you still use other Samsung apps, Samsung Push Service will take care of sending you notifications from these apps, which will then be displayed to you in the notification bar or as a pop-up. However, if you are one of the users who do not use the Samsung apps, the app is not useful. Therefore, deactivate the push service.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Go on to the "General" category and then to "My Account". Here you will find the application manager.
3. Go to "Installed apps" and select the Samsung Push Service there.
4. Now press "Uninstall updates" and further "Disable".
5. Now the Samsung Push Service is turned off. Do you want to enable it again, you can do this in the same place.

As a rule, you should rather uninstall Samsung apps. Most of them are not needed in everyday use and only eat up a lot of power, which is then consumed in favor of your other apps. Furthermore, the apps occupy memory, which you also lack in other applications.
