How to use Dropbox Paper

To access Dropbox Paper, go to "Dropbox.com" via your browser and log in with your credentials. Then click on the menu icon with the nine dots arranged in a square at the top right. Then select the "Paper" entry. You will then find yourself in the Dropbox Paper overview. If you are starting the service for the first time, you can simply click on the button "Create Paper document".

1. You will now be guided step by step through the functions of Paper.
2. Here you can also directly edit a document or open existing documents via the listing on the left. Using the button at the bottom left, you can also create a new document at any time.
3. At the top of the bar, it is possible to enter a title. You can also insert images, tables or other illustrations. In addition, there is a presentation mode.
4. Dropbox Paper is a common work and communication interface that you can share with as many other users as you want. To do that, click the blue Share button at the top. Then you can invite other users, for example, via an email address or a link.
