If your iPhone X does not recognize the connected headphones, this can have several causes. Often, such a warning message is displayed when you use headphones that are not from Apple or have not been certified by Apple. If you are using Apple headphones and they are not recognized, first check whether the headphones are firmly inserted into the intended connection point.- Foreign objects in the headphone port of the device can also lead to the headphones not being recognized. To remove them, take a dry brush and carefully clean the connection point.
