User ratings in eBay Classifieds are meant to help you decide whether to buy something from this person or sell something to this person. You can also not rate users from your company, a competitor or first and second degree relatives.

1. If you are entitled to rate a user, then this is done via the "RATE USER" button.
2. This appears in the message overview and in the message directly.
