On eBay Classifieds, you can sell things you no longer need to users in your area. If problems arise here because another user is harassing you, the platform offers you the opportunity to report the user in question. You can find out how to do this here.

eBay Classifieds: How to report users who are harassing you

If you are being harassed or threatened by another user on eBay Classifieds, you can block them and report them to eBay.

1. To do this, first go to the eBay Classifieds website in your browser and log in to the platform.
2. In your account, then go to the "My" section and click "Block" in the top right corner next to the corresponding message history to stop receiving messages from this user.
3. In order to additionally report the user to the responsible persons at eBay Classifieds, please check "Report user".
4. If you are using eBay Classifieds as an app on your mobile device, please go to the "Messages" section in the app to block and report a user and select "Block" in the context menu there.

On the ad page, then scroll down to the seller's details and click the "Report Ad" button. Your report will then be forwarded to eBay and reviewed.
