Cancel Zoom - here's how to do it

With Zoom, you can organize free video conferences of up to 40 minutes in length with a maximum of 100 participants. If you want to use the unlimited functionality of the popular application, you need a paid subscription. However, you can cancel this again if you wish.

With these steps you can cancel a Zoom subscription

Since many functions are available free of charge with Zoom, a subscription is not always worthwhile. So if you want to cancel an existing subscription, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the Zoom customer portal with your access data.
2. Now click on "Account management" and within this menu item on "Billing".
3. Under the item "Current contracts" click on "Cancel subscription" on the right side.
4. Select a reason for cancellation and confirm this by clicking on "Submit".
5. Your subscription will now be automatically canceled at the next possible time.

How to delete your Zoom account

If you would like to delete not only your subscription, but the entire account with Zoom, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to Zoom's customer portal and click on "Account management".
