Motorola is working on a new smartphone that integrates a Galaxy Note-style stylus. Here's what it's going to look like
After a somewhat underwhelming 2019, Motorola wants to get back into the smartphone business in 2020 and it wants to do so by launching very innovative devices. The Motorola RAZR is ready to make its debut and will be the company's first foldable smartphone that with its clamshell design is ready to win the hearts of nostalgic people.
Motorola, however, does not seem to want to stop and it seems to be working on another particular smartphone. The name is not known, but Evan Blass, a journalist who many times in recent years has anticipated the release of smartphones by publishing photos on social networks, has shared the image on Twitter. To capture the attention of users is the presence of a stylus, a tool present only on the Note series by Samsung and that no other company has ever wanted to try on their devices. Motorola has realized that there is a slice of the market to attack and most likely will do so with a smartphone with good value for money and lower cost than the Note 10 from Samsung.
How will the Motorola with stylus
The idea of Motorola to launch a smartphone with the pen in the style of the Galaxy Note is very interesting. Evan Blass, however, apart from the images did not provide any other information about the smartphone. From the photo we can guess that the screen has very optimized bezels and a hole in the top left corner with the camera inside. The display has a diagonal between 6.2 and 6.5 inches. The rear camera compartment could have between three and four cameras.
Under the shell is sure the presence of a Snapdragon chipset, the only doubt concerns the model: the choice is between the Snapdragon 865 (top of the range) and the Snapdragon 765 (mid-range).
When will the smartphone come out
In the image published by Evan Blass we read a date: April 3. It can be assumed that this is the day when the smartphone will make its debut on the market, at least in the US. It is a Friday, the day in which new devices are usually launched. For the moment there is no news about the possible release of the new Motorola smartphone in Europe.
How much will the smartphone cost
Without knowing the characteristics it is very difficult to make predictions. However, we can think that Motorola's smartphone will cost less than the Note 10 to try to steal a slice of users from Samsung. The device could be launched in a price range between 350-500 euros.
