Not only Nokia 8110. The Finnish manufacturer arrives in Catalonia with a poker of smartphones and all the intention of taking back what was its place
The Mobile World Congress 2017 marked, for Nokia, the moment of rebirth. After a few years away from the mobile phone scene, the historic Scandinavian manufacturer was back with three smartphones (Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6) and a small gift for its fans: a Nokia 3310 different in colors but identical in lines to the iconic phone.
The MWC 2018, however, should represent the event that confirms that Nokia is definitely back on the stages that compete with it. And since "team that wins does not change", the score followed by the Finnish manufacturer in this edition of the MWC is more or less the same as the previous year. Nokia arrives in Barcelona with several smartphones (4 on this occasion) and a phone fished directly from the drawer of the successes of Espoo. This year it was the turn of the Nokia 8110, better known by the name of banana phone and author of an appearance in the first chapter of the Matrix.
Which smartphones did Nokia present at Mobile World Congress 2018?
Specifically, the Espoo manufacturer arrived in the Catalan capital with four devices capable of replacing last year's range in its entirety and, at the same time, offering users a smartphone for every need and (above all) every pocket. Nokia, in short, wants to confirm the good things seen in 2017 and, if possible, improve already excellent sales results. The goal is to return steadily in the world's top 5 of smartphone sellers and, reading the data sheets Nokia phones, there seems to be all the prerequisites to do so.
