The Finnish company will present on April 27 its new smartphone, the first in its history with the notch. Here are all the features already revealed
Different rumors speak of an imminent release for a new smartphone branded Nokia. The Finnish company, in a few days, should launch on the market the Nokia X6, first Nokia phone with the notch in the screen.
Nokia X6 will be a phone with 5.8-inch display with 19:9 aspect ratio. According to sources close to the Finnish company, the phone will have the notch, which is the notch present at the top of the screen. This is a feature launched by Apple on the iPhone X and which is now depopulating even in the Android world (see the OnePlus 6, Huawei P20 and P20 Pro and Asus Zenfone 5). And online, in various forums and specialized sites, are already turning several renderings of the new Nokia X6 all with the notch in the front of the device. Judging by the images, it is likely that the Nokia X6 is the smartphone with the highest screen-to-body ratio in the history of the Finnish company.

The smartphone will be made in two different versions. The base model will have the MediaTek Helio P60 chipset with supporting 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, while the top version will mount the Snapdragon 636 SoC with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. As mentioned, the screen will have a diagonal of 5.8 inches with FullHD+ resolution and will be characterized by the presence of the notch. The Nokia X6 is expected to mount Android 8.1 in the Android One version.

The Nokia X6 will come with dual rear cameras made by the historic German manufacturer (and Nokia partner) Carl Zeiss. The dual camera is arranged vertically with the Led Flash separating the sensors from the space reserved for the fingerprint scanner. The front camera, on the other hand, is integrated inside the notch.

HMD is expected to unveil the new Nokia X6 on May 16 2018. And during the launch we will know exactly when the smartphone will be sold in our country. Circulating instead already several rumors about the price. The "basic" version, i.e. the one with a Qualcomm processor, should cost just over 200 euros. While the variant with 6GB of RAM will be launched on the market at 230 euros. These, at least, the prices for the Chinese market: it is likely that for the arrival in Europe will be adjusted upwards.
