The OnePlus 7 Pro will only be unveiled on May 14, but the vast majority of the technical features are already known. Today comes new details
Other than OnePlus. To read the technical characteristics of the next model, you'd say that the company of Peter Lau and Carl Pei wants to make the Non Plus Ultra, the absolute best smartphone around today. To make a long story short, the OnePlus 7 Pro will not only have the best display ever (theoretically far better than that of the Galaxy S10+), but it will also be the fastest.
From the OnePlus 7 Pro data sheet emerged in recent hours, in fact, it is possible to derive the last details remained so far in the shadows. In particular, to attract the attentions of users and industry experts is the type of memory that the Chinese manufacturer intends to adopt. Not being able to make a difference on the processor front (due to the simple fact that all top of the range devices of the first half of 2019 will mount the Snapdragon 855) or RAM, the OnePlus 7 Pro will have cutting-edge and very fast storage memory modules.
OnePlus 7 Pro: ultra-fast memory for unprecedented performance
According to the latest rumors, the OnePlus 7 Pro will mount the Snapdragon 855 with 10 gigabytes of RAM (versus "just" 6 gigabytes on the OnePlus 7). Accompanying them, there will be a 256 gigabyte memory chip made with UFS 3.0 technology: this standard (whose full name is Universal Flash Sotarge) was only unveiled in 2018 and is not used by any other device on the market today.
The UFS 3.0 will ensure a marked improvement on the performance front. These memory chips, in fact, are twice as fast as the previous version: this means that access to stored information will be more immediate, thus reducing the time needed to save data and its processing by the SoC.
The best display ever
In the meantime, official information continues to arrive about the OLED panel mounted by the OnePlus 7 Pro. The Chinese manufacturer, after releasing the results of tests conducted by third and independent research companies, reveals that it has also obtained the HDR10+ certification. In this way, the panel mounted by the Chinese top of the range smartphone will ensure the highest fidelity in color reproduction and a very wide range of color gamut.
