The United Kingdom is ready to wage war on online porn

A bill wants to obscure from the English Net every sexual scene defined as unconventional, from spankings to whippings will all be banned

The United Kingdom is ready to start its personal battle against online porn. A bill is proposing, in fact, to eliminate from the Net any sexual act that does not belong to those rules in this regard defined as "conventional". The focus is also on the access of minors to porn sites.

Cut the "unconventional" scenes.

The bill provides for the adjustment of porn films on the web with the rules dictated on the subject by the British Board of Film Classification. The body that for the first time since 1984 has decided to enter the merits of online porn content. The BBFC regulates films with explicit sex scenes sold on DVD. The list of sex acts denied under these dictates is curious. Niente sculacciate o frustate.

The bill has, in fact, described as deplorable the fact that nowadays most children can come into contact with scenes of explicit sex on a daily basis.

Not everyone agrees

The bill has divided England, however. Many agree but many others see these measures as a limitation of freedom of expression. Activists, associations and even university professors have complained about the BBFC rules, calling them retrograde. Even several politicians have questioned the fact that perhaps it would be more necessary to fight sites that post videos of rape or sex with minors on the Net rather than waging war on spanking or female ejaculation. And someone also talked about rights, defining as a right for adults to be able to see adult scenes in freedom. In the meantime, however, the UK's Department for Culture, Media and Sport is trying to get these regulations implemented as soon as possible.
