But what are broadcast messages? It is a special feature that allows users to send the same message to multiple users at the same time. Simply create a list on WhatsApp containing the contacts to whom you want to send the message and it will be delivered to all users individually. Broadcast lists are a great alternative to groups: when you need to send a message to invite friends to a party, instead of creating a group with people you don't know, you send a broadcast message to give users the chance to reply privately. How to create a broadcast list
Creating a broadcast list is very simple and takes no more than two-three minutes. First you have to enter WhatsApp and click on the icon with three vertical dots in the top right corner and then on "New Broadcast". A list will open with all the contacts saved on your smartphone and you'll have to select those to whom you want to send the broadcast message. Once this step is complete, click on the green icon in the bottom right corner and a broadcast chat will be created in which you can write the message to send.
How to send a broadcast message
Once the broadcast list has been created, simply enter the dedicated chat, write the text of the message and send it as you normally do in WhatsApp conversations with your friends. Users on the broadcast list will receive the message individually and the reply will appear on their Chat screen as if it were a normal individual message. If you send a broadcast message, it is necessary that the users in the list have their number saved in the address book, otherwise they will not receive it.
How to edit a broadcast list
In case you need to add a new person to an already created broadcast list, just enter the dedicated conversation, click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner and then on "Broadcast list info". On the page that will open, you will have to click on "Edit recipients" and you will be able to add or delete the contacts in the list.

What is the usefulness of broadcast messages? Isn't it simpler to create a WhatsApp group and send the message a single message? Broadcast lists were created to give users a viable alternative to group messages. If we need to invite friends who don't know each other to a dinner party, it's not very nice to add them within the same group. How to delete a broadcast list
If one of the broadcast lists we have created is no longer useful, we can delete it very easily. You have to enter the list through the Chat section, click on the icon with three vertical dots in the upper right corner and then on "Broadcast list info". At this point just click on "Delete Broadcast List" and the operation is over.
