The Chinese company is working on a new tablet inspired by the iPad, it will have quality processor and cameras but still no certain news about the release
Continues to churn out new devices, Xiaomi. The Chinese manufacturer, which has recently removed the veils from the mid-range smartphone Xiaomi Mi 6X (which in Europe should arrive with the name Mi A2), seems to be on the verge of launching a new tablet, very similar to the latest iPad made by Apple.
From rumors coming from China, the company of Lei Jun would have in the pipeline the Mi Pad 4, a tablet inspired in a particular way to the devices of the house of Cupertino. Although it is not yet clear when Xiaomi will officially launch the device on the market, some sources close to the Chinese company reveal some details related to the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 data sheet. Indiscretions that help to imagine how the new Chinese tablet will be. And, unlike what happened in the past, the Chinese manufacturer would seem to want to bet strongly on the device, so as to nibble away at substantial slices of the market not so much the iPad, but the other Android tablet manufacturers.
Technical characteristics Mi Pad 4
The intentions of Xiaomi to want to make a tablet of medium-high range can be guessed from the SoC that the Mi Pad 4 will mount: the MediaTek used in the previous generation will be replaced by Snapdragon 660, one of the latest generation processors of the U.S. manufacturer. In addition to Qualcomm processor, on board the new tablet Xiaomi will find 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. At the moment, however, these are only rumors that the Chinese company will have to confirm before the launch. There are instead certain news about the capacity of the battery that will be between 6,000mAh and 6,600mAh. The screen will be an LCD with a density of 320 pixels per inch and form ratio 18:9 (like most of the smartphones released in recent months). The Xiaomi tablet will run on Android Oreo 8.1 operating system customized thanks to MIUI 9.
Photographic compartment Mi Pad 4
