Nokia 5.2, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 will be the three devices that the Finnish company will present at IFA 2019 in Berlin. Here are the features
Nokia does not stop and renews its offer of Android smartphones. For a few years now, the Finnish company has returned to be one of the leading companies on the mobile scene and has carved out its own slice of the market, thanks to smartphones that ensure excellent value for money. After launching the first top-of-the-line smartphone with as many as five cameras, Nokia is back to focus on the mid-range segment: according to the latest rumors, the Finnish company is ready to launch three new devices: the Nokia 5.2, the Nokia 6.2 and the Nokia 7.2.
The three smartphones will be the protagonists of the event that Nokia will hold on September 5 in Berlin during IFA 2019, the most important fair dedicated to technology that takes place in Europe. While other companies are focusing their efforts on producing top-of-the-line smartphones, Nokia wants to increase its influence on the most profitable market segment, the one that ranges from 250 to 450 euros. The Nokia 5.2, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 will be smartphones that are similar to each other, but will differ in design and some internal components.
The event held during IFA 2019 will also be an opportunity to launch three new feature phones, that is, three "old-fashioned" phones. We still do not know the name of the three devices, but it is very likely that they will be cell phones with KaiOS operating system, the new OS designed specifically for low-cost cell phones.
The features of the Nokia 5.2, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2
In addition to the date of presentation we do not have much news about the data sheet of the three smartphones.
The Nokia 7.2 will be the most performing of the three. From the latest news published on the Net, the device should mount the Snapdragon 710 chipset with to support 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. In the back we find as many as three cameras, with the main sensor of 48 Megapixels and a sensor dedicated to the depth of field. The screen diagonal should be about 6 inches.
The Nokia 6.2 should look very similar to the Nokia 6.1. It will share with the previous model the design and screen size (5.5 inches). The difference will be on board: the Nokia 6.2 will mount the Snapdragon 660 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.
The Nokia 5.2 is the smallest of the three and will be dedicated to those who do not want to spend more than 200-250 euros on a smartphone. But that's not why the device will have a poor data sheet: on board there will be a processor from the Snapdragon 6xx series, with at least 3-4GB of RAM and 32-64GB of internal memory. Also of note is the presence of as many as three Zeiss photo sensors and OZO Audio.
Nokia, three new phones coming
In addition to smartphones, Nokia is also ready to present three new feature phones that will renew the substantial line-up of the Finnish company. We don't know the names of the three new old style cell phones, but we can bet that there will be also some surprises.
The cell phone market has a great importance especially in developing countries and in the last months is taking an increasingly dominant role KaiOS, an operating system designed specifically for low-cost cell phones. In the next few weeks we will surely know more about it.
