The trend of foldable smartphones could soon hit Apple. According to some rumors spread on the net, Cupertino is working on an iPhone prototype with a foldable screen and the novelty would follow another important decision, that is to stop the production of iPad Mini.
To give the news of a probable new format for the Apple cell phone is the Israeli site The Verifier, which reports between its pages the interesting rumor that would give the company of the bitten apple the opportunity to get involved with a new version of its iconic smartphone. After the two proposals of Samsung, namely the Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold, and the idea by Google to create the first foldable version of its Pixel, another news along the same lines could come from the headquarters of Cupertino, with a slightly different note given the likelihood of a merger between iPhone and the smallest tablet of the manufacturer.

The discontinuation of production and the withdrawal from the market of iPad Mini could coincide with the first foldable iPhone of Apple's house.
