Destiny 2: Expansion coming soon - all info

Destiny 2 could prove to be a worthy sequel and is considered a complete success. And since new content is always welcome, the release of further expansions is already on the horizon. We have the info on the content and release date of the next expansions.

More is always possible: the upcoming expansion could improve Destiny 2 tremendously.

Destiny 2: Expansion is called Forsaken and sounds promising

The first two DLCs (Curse of Osiris and War Spirit) elicited mixed reactions. All the greater are now the hopes placed in the major expansion.The expansion is called Forsaken and is released on September 4, 2018.... Those who do not yet own Destiny 2, can buy everything together in the Legendary Collection.

• Developer Bungie let it be known that the expansion is clearly intended to reflect the learning effect of the studio.
• Many things that were criticized in the past, are said to have been eliminated because of this.
• So there is a new main campaign with (according to their own statement) the best story Bungie has ever told.
• Two new areas are introduced.
• PvPvE: In addition, there is the new Gambit mode, which is a mixture of PVP and PVE and promises a novel gaming experience.

Further Destiny 2 expansions already announced

In the summer of 2020, there was another expansion for Destiny 2 with "Beyond the Light". This expansion brings with the Jupiter moon Europa not only a new location, but also complements the game with a new element and a new raid. Additionally, Bungie announced that there will be two more add-ons in 2021 and 2022. These will be called "Witch Queen" and "Lightfall."
