How to crop an image in Photoshop

3. Hold down the mouse button and go around areas of the image you want to cut out.
4. To get a proportional result, you need to hold down the ALT key. Then grab one of the corner points and drag the image to the desired size.
5. When using the ALT key combination, keep in mind that cropping is done from the center point.
6. Keep in mind that all cropped image areas will be permanently deleted.
