Crop PDF - these services are useful

If you want to send a document that should not be modified anymore, it is a good idea to send it as PDF. Another advantage is that the recipient does not need the same program to open it. If you want to crop the PDF, there are various services available.

To crop a PDF to the desired format

you need a special program. Since there is no free solution for this at the moment, it is necessary to resort to Adobe Acrobat X Pro.

1. First, you need to open the PDF you want to crop in Adobe Acrobat X Pro.
2. There is a toolbar on the right side. If you do not see it, you must first expand the bar by clicking on the corresponding button.
3. Now click on the "Crop" item. Then double-click the left mouse button on the document.
4. Now select the area of the document that you want to crop or keep. Über die Vorschau können Sie überprüfen, ob es sich dabei um den richtigen Teil der PDF handelt.
5. Ist der richtige Part ausgewählt, bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit „Ok“.
6. Die PDF wird jetzt zugeschnitten und Sie sehen lediglich den ausgewählten Ausschnitt.
7. Möchten Sie keine weiteren Änderungen vornehmen, speichern Sie das Dokument ab.
