Pokéball Plus: No sound - here's what you can do

With the Pokéball Plus, you can play the game Pokémon Let's Go on the Nintendo Switch without JoyCon. With the unique sound of the ball should thus improve the gaming experience. But if just this no longer works, it is annoying. But what is the problem?

This is what's behind the Pokéball Plus not having sound

The Pokéball Plus serves as a replacement for the JoyCon for the game Pokémon Let's Go for the Nintendo Switch. It is the sound of the device that makes it so special to use. However, if the ball no longer has a sound, this can have various causes. The most common problem is that the ball is accidentally muted. This can be quickly fixed again.
  1. If you have accidentally turned off the sound, it is easy to turn it back on. To do this, you need to hold down the joystick, which is located in the center of the Pokéball.
  2. Keep it pressed until the LED begins to glow.
  3. Now you need to shake the controller. If it starts to vibrate, the Pokéball is muted.
  4. Once the LED lights up again, hold down the joystick and the red button at the same time. This is located on the top of the ball.
  5. Wait a few seconds until you release the two buttons again.
  6. After that, the problem should be solved and the Pokéball sounds again.
