FitX: Withdraw cancellation - how it works

Cancelling your current fitness subscription has become a popular sport due to the circumstances. If you've taken the same route but have since changed your mind, we'll clarify what it looks like at FitX.

Change of heart? No problem: You can simply withdraw your FitX cancellation.

The cancellation at FitX is submitted quickly thanks to the online option. It's just as easy to undo this step - if you're still in the right time frame.

FitX: How to withdraw your cancellation

You can undo your cancellation with the following steps:

1. Log in with your account at https://membersarea.fitx.de/.
2. Under "My Contract" you will see the info about your cancellation at the very bottom.
3. Right next to it is the button "Withdraw Cancellation".

It is important to know that the withdrawal of the cancellation is only possible until five days before the end of the contract. After that, the option expires and you can no longer access the Members Area.
