Confluence: Templates - how to create templates

Templates provide you with the ability to create templates for specific content in Confluence. These often prove to be particularly handy for creating certain standards that will be used over and over again. Not only can this save time, but it can also create a particular uniformity.

This is how templates are generated in Confluence

Under Confluence, you can already use some templates that are available in advance. In addition, you can also create, manage as well as edit your own to customize them to your individual wishes and needs.

• If you want to use one of the existing templates, then simply select the three dots next to "Create", one above the other.

• Now select the template that is best suited for your purposes and then click on "Create".

• Now edit the page according to your wishes and make changes if necessary.

• Sie können darüber hinaus auch Makros in „Confluence“ verwenden, die nicht nur in den vorgefertigten Blaupausen Verwendung finden.
• Möchten Sie ein eigenes Template erstellen, dann haben Sie die Wahl zwischen globalen Templates und Bereichstemplates. Diese können Sie individuell auswählen und darüber eine individuelle Vorlage erstellen. Dies ist ebenfalls über den Template Editor möglich.
