If you are not satisfied with Amazon's service or want to complain because your goods were not delivered or only delivered damaged, this is possible directly online.- To do this, call up the Amazon website and log into your account with your email address and the corresponding password.
- In your Amazon account, then navigate to the "About Us" section and click on "Imprint".
- Under "Quick Solutions" please click on the entry "Contact us" and select from the list displayed the item for which you want to submit a complaint.
