How to buy games for Google Stadia

Stadia is a closed system. This means:

• You cannot play existing games on platforms like Steam and Co. in the Stadia cloud.
• You have to buy the games directly from Google for Stadia. This goes either in the browser in the Stadia Store or in the Stadia app.
• Other sources for Stadia games, such as from key resellers, do not exist (so far).
• The disadvantage of this is that no price comparisons are possible. You always have to rely on the currently displayed price at Stadia.

After all, with a Pro subscription, a selection of free games is available. These are not the latest AAA titles, but are still a nice bonus. Since you don't have to download or install the games, spontaneous play is possible at any time.
