E-scooters: these providers make up the market

In Germany, these four providers are present on the streets:

• Circ (https://circ.com/): 1 euro base fee per rental plus 15 to 20 cents per minute, available in six cities, deductible for accidents.
• Tier (https://www.tier.app/de/): 1 euro base fee per rental plus 15 to 19 cents per minute, available in eight cities, no deductible, no reservation possible.
• Lime (https://www.li.me/de/startseite): 1 euro basic fee per rental plus 20 to 25 cents per minute, available in four cities, reservation possible, but expensive.
• Voi (https://www.voiscooters.com/de/): 1 euro basic fee per rental plus 15 cents per minute, available in eight cities.

The prices for driving minutes vary slightly by city for three providers: in expensive cities such as Munich or Hamburg, the costs are consequently slightly higher.
