Ulule is the leading European fundraising platform with the highest success rate of funded projects in the world. It has opened two offices in Italy
Ulule, born in France in 2010 with the aim of supporting creative and innovative projects to give life to beautiful ideas, finally arrives in our country with the opening of two offices: in Milan and Rome. Music, design, video, business projects, comics, games, participatory solidarity, social food, fashion and technology: these are the main areas of interest covered by the platform.
Ulule, as mentioned, is the leading European fundraising platform with the highest success rate of funded projects in the world. Here is its identikit: over 17,000 funded projects and one and a half million users worldwide, a fundraising of over 74 million euros and a 67% success rate. The portal allows, in fact, to involve people in the realization of their "dreams" that will receive the desired funding only on condition of having reached the established financial goal. As it happens, on the other hand, with KickStarter and Indiegogo.
A help to make your dreams come true
One of the strong points of Ulule is its tutoring system that provides personalized support to help - those who decide to raise funds for their "dream" - to create a crowdfunding campaign tailored to their needs. A support that takes shape in workshops and events organized also thanks to the collaboration with the main Italian business incubators, including Luiss Enlabs and PoliHub.
Some examples of success
One of the projects currently seeking funding is Drop 99, a portable filter that purifies polluted water by eliminating up to 99.99% of the bacteria present, or WOOLF, a wearable device designed for motorcyclists and drivers of cars and trucks that signals the presence of speed cameras, intersections, dangerous traffic lights through a vibration with increasing frequency. But there are also campaigns to make Vinilici, a documentary film on the world of vinyl, or Ratatà Fest, the festival of comics, illustration and independent publishing that will take place in Macerata from April 20 to 23, 2017 and is now in its fourth edition again thanks to funding raised through Ulule.
