Great screen, ultra fast charging and a good price/features ratio will be the three business cards of the new Chinese smartphone
Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G begins to unveil its cards and, from the first information, suggests that it has all the features to place itself among the most interesting smartphones of the season. To stand out of all the features, however, is the screen, one of the most attractive proposals among those on the market.
To reveal the first tasty revelations on the screen of the new model of the Chinese company, which promises to be as usual very good for price / features ratio was a site completely dedicated to HDR10 + certifications. Specifically, this is a new video technology capable of adding dynamic metadata to the source file, in which is included the dynamic range and characteristics of scenes or individual frames. All this results in an even more accurate and detailed view of the image than previous standards, thanks to extremely detailed tone mapping. So according to reports, to the already known features of Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G would also add this new detail that could make it a true top of the range.

As already announced, Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G would be equipped with an extremely high-performance screen, equipped with HDR10+ technology. Add to this the features leaked through the report released by the certification body TENAA, namely a resolution at 1080×2340 pixels for a 6.55-inch fullHD+ display.
As reported on the site MySmartPrice, the platform dedicated to the HDR10+ standard would have reported as many as two variants of the same model. Both alternatives, identified through the serial numbers PDSM00 and PDST00, however, should be able to support this recent technology thanks to the next-generation screen.

Among other details unveiled by the TENAA certification, there is no lack of the operating system, namely Android 11. The battery is also not bad at all: it is in fact a dual-cell version, each with 2,125 mAh, for a total of 4,250 mAh with 65 W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging technology.
As for the processor, however, the news so far leaked are rather mixed. According to rumors Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G should mount a 2.6 GHZ Dimensity 1000+ octa-core SoC. Doubts remain, however, since from a previous rumor it seemed that the choice had fallen on a model Qualcomm Snapdragon still not well defined.

At the moment no official date has been revealed for the launch of the new smartphone from Oppo so, for more detailed information, we still have to wait.It seems, however, that the first destination will be precisely China, with the possibility of expanding its market presence already in the first line.
