Redmi launches the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max: here are the features, the price and the release date in Italy

Redmi also presented its new 2020 mid-range smartphones: they are the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, both based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC (where the G stands for "gaming") compatible with 4G connections. The presentation took place in India, and we still don't know when these devices will arrive in Europe.

The two smartphones are practically identical: the differences are in the photo department, both front and rear, in the battery charging speed and in the amount of RAM. Of course, the prices also vary, but we can say without fear of contradiction that these are two of the smartphones with the best ratio between price and technical features of 2020, confirming Redmi's business strategy based on devices with very attractive technical card and very low price.

Redmi Note 9 Pro: technical features

The Redmi Note 9 Pro has a 6.67-inch LCD IPS display with FullHD+ resolution. There are four rear cameras: the main one has a 48 MP f/1.79 sensor, then there's an 8 MP 119-degree wide-angle lens, a 5 MP macro with focus from 2 centimeters and, finally, the ever-present 2 MP ToF depth sensor. The front-facing camera, built into a hole in the center of the screen, is 16 MP. All this is powered by a 5,020 mAh battery with charging up to 18 Watts.
