Huawei is ready to close its 2017 with a new mid-range device, the Nova 3. The smartphone, according to recent rumors, should be launched in the first weeks of December to take advantage, in part, of the Christmas market. It will be a borderless device with a design inspired by the Mate 10 Lite.
The Nova 3 will be a smartphone designed for photography lovers and will have four cameras: two in the front and two in the back. The two rear lenses will be 20 Megapixel and 16 Megapixel and will be placed vertically. In the front we find two sensors, one 20 megapixel with several functions designed exclusively for selfies. The second camera, however, will be 2 megapixels and will be used for portrait mode and to give depth of field to the shots.
Technical characteristics Huawei Nova 3
Aboard the new mid-range smartphone Huawei we find the quad-core Kirin 670 processor supported by the Mali G72MP4 GPU. As for the RAM there should be two solutions, one 3GB and the other 4GB. Same goes for the internal memory that will be 32GB or 64GB. The screen of Huawei's Nova 3 will be 5.9 inches with a Full HD + resolution (2,160 x 1,080 pixels), with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Compared to the 16:9 of the Chinese company, this solution makes the device slim and comfortable to hold. And also the choice of reducing the edges gives the Nova 3 a touch of elegance. The Nova 3 will not have a physical home button on the front while the fingerprint scanner will most likely be placed on the back. The battery will be 3,340mAh. The phone will run on Android 8.0 Oreo and the EMUI 8.0 GUI. The official release is expected to take place on December 5 in China and the initial cost will be around $450.
