With EMUI 10 comes a new feature: the ability to make video calls using other devices as well. Here's how to use it
Unveiled just under two weeks ago during the Huawei Developers Conference 2019, the event dedicated to developers, the new EMUI 10 is preparing to make its debut on Huawei smartphones. The arrival on the first two models (Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro) is scheduled for early September, while by the end of the same month it will land on another dozen smartphones.
Huawei is betting a lot on the new EMUI 10: many innovations made, both in terms of functionality and design. All the icons have been redesigned to make them more pleasing to the eye. There are also important innovations at the software level: the night mode has been integrated and the system has been made more fluid. During the presentation at the Huawei Developers Conference 2019, however, not all the novelties of the new user interface were shown. These days there are growing rumors about the possibility of making video calls using EMUI 10 directly without having to use applications such as WhatsApp or Messenger.
EMUI 10: video calls
The new EMUI 10 interface would allow smartphones from the Chinese company to respond to a video call also using the smartwatch and other compatible devices. In addition, innovative support for video calls made using a drone is expected. EMUI 10: quando esce
Sarà possibile scoprire le nuove funzionalità scaricando le prime versioni beta della nuova EMUI 10 a partire dal prossimo 8 settembre. La nuova interfaccia arriverà prima sul Huawei P30 e Huawei P30 Pro, per approdare poi su altri smartphone dell’azienda cinese.
