The Nintendo SNES Mini will be available from September 29 at a price of 79.99 euros. Twenty-one games available including the new Star Fox 2 and Super Mario Kart
After days of anticipation and hope now everything is confirmed. Fans of classic video games can celebrate: Nintendo has announced the release of the SNES Mini. The miniature re-release of the console will arrive in Europe in September and will almost certainly cost €79.99.
For the vintage console, Nintendo has come up with a list of 21 pre-installed games. The Japanese company hopes to confirm the great success already recorded with the reissue, also in miniature, of its NES. The full name of the new console is Nintendo Classic Mini: Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Included in the launch price there will also be an HDMI cable to connect the device to your TV, two controllers for multiplayer challenges (obviously local, lacking an Internet connection) and a USB cable. The design is exactly the same as the console that Nintendo launched a few decades ago, only the dimensions change and are much smaller.
The game list
As mentioned there will be 21 games included with SNES Mini. Great classics and various genres to please a little bit all tastes. In the list are present: Contra III The Alien Wars, Donkey Kong Country, EarthBound, Final Fantasy III, F-ZERO, Kirby Super Star, Kirby's Dream Course, The Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past, Mega Man X, Secret of Mana, Star Fox, Star Fox 2, Street Fighter II Turbo Hyper Fighting, Super Castlevania IV, Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Super Mario Kart, Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars, Super Mario World, Super Metroid, Super Punch-Out!!!, Yoshi's Island. The big news is Star Fox 2. It is an unreleased game and continuation of the previous chapter Star Fox. Famous intergalactic adventure game. The console will be available, most likely, from September 29.
