Realme presents two new medium-sized smartphones and promises that they will also arrive on the international market: how Realme GT Master Edition and Realme GT Master Explorer Edition are made.
After launching Realme GT in China at the end of February, and then bringing it also in Europe at a price of 450 euros, now the Chinese company presents Realme GT Master Edition and Realme GT Master Explorer Edition. These are two new phones that Realme intends to bring soon on the international market.
Two apparently similar devices, but they differ (between them and the original Realme GT) for some important technical features, such as the processor and the photographic compartment. Realme GT is still the most powerful model, the top of the range Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 based, while the two Master Editions are a step below in terms of performance and technical equipment. The price of the two devices, however, is almost identical and then you might wonder why Realme has made a GT range of three products and not two (or even one: the only GT "smooth"). The answer is most likely to be found in the chip crisis still in progress: there are not enough stocks of components, you have to create more models with what you have available.
Realme GT Master Edition: features and price
Realme GT Master Edition is built around the SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate with maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. It has 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal storage.
The rear cameras are three: primary 64 MP, ultra-wide-angle 8 MP and macro 2 MP. The front one, on the other hand, is 32 MP. The battery has a capacity of 4,300 mAh, with 65-watt charging. It will be on sale in China from July 30 at a starting price (at current exchange rate) of 320 euros.
Realme GT Master Explorer Edition: features and price
Realme GT Master Explorer Edition has a different chip: the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870. The display is also different, but only in size: 6.55 inches.
The three rear cameras are a 50 MP main camera, a 16 MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2 MP macro camera. RAM, on the other hand, is 12 GB, while the only available internal memory denomination is 256 GB. The battery is 4,500 mAh, again with 65-watt charging.
Realme GT Master Explorer Edition will be on sale from late July at a starting price (at current exchange rates) of 370 euros.
