Samsung Galaxy M32 is official in India: a good mid-range product with a super battery that should also arrive in Italy at great prices
Samsung Galaxy M32 has just been presented in India, mid-range smartphone that we should look at carefully since it should soon be marketed in our parts. At the end of a series of rumors and anticipations of various kinds, Samsung Galaxy M32 is finally official.
Judging by the numbers and specifications, this is a product of excellent level for the market segment in which it goes to position itself: as per tradition for Samsung, even Galaxy M32 has an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, then a 6,000 mAh battery and four rear cameras, with the main 64 megapixels. Not too refined the design of the front surface, with a "U" notch and bezels around the screen not too optimized (especially the lower one), while the opposite surface finds some 'character in the plot to vertical lists. In short, Samsung Galaxy M32 tries to please everyone on the aesthetic level without too bold solutions and has real chances to succeed on the technical level, where numbers and specifications are in the right place as the price.
Samsung Galaxy M32, technical specifications
Samsung Galaxy M32 arrives with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with Full HD+ resolution (1,080 x 2,400 pixels), refresh rate of 90 Hz and maximum brightness of 800 nits, all protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 5. The high refresh rate allows you to increase the fluidity during games or watching multimedia content, provided, of course, that these support frequencies higher than the "classic" 60 Hz.
To move the ranks is the Helio G80 chip from MediaTek made at 12 nanometers, an octa core 2 GHz maximum frequency rather recent (it was made official last year) with GPU Mali-G52 MC2. Two memory configurations are expected at launch: the entry-level one with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, and the "top" one with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. There is however expansion with microSD.
A 20-megapixel front camera for selfies integrated into the notch, while at the rear there are four sensors: a main 64-megapixel, an ultra wide-angle 8-megapixel with 123-degree viewing angle and finally two "surround" sensors, both 2-megapixel, for macro and depth of field detection.
Stands out the audio with optimization curated by Dolby Atmos and the presence of Samsung Knox 3.7 which aims to ensure security and privacy during the use of Samsung One UI 3.1 based on Android 11. On the connectivity front we report Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Glonass, Galileo, USB-C input for charging and data transfer and above all the input for the 3.5 mm audio jack. The fingerprint reader, however, is placed on the side.
Enormous battery: 6,000 mAh capacity puts you safe from any eventuality, but despite everything there is fast charging at 25 watts.
Samsung Galaxy M32, availability and prices
Samsung Galaxy M32 will be available in India from June 28 in black and Light Blue colors for the equivalent of about 170 euros in the variant 4+64 GB and about 190 euros in that of 6+128 GB. No information for the moment on the marketing in Europe, which, however, should not be in doubt.
