The mobile operating system developed by Microsoft is ready to release important news regarding the user interface
Despite the little success in the world market (with a market share that has never exceeded 10%), Microsoft still believes in the Windows 10 Mobile project and is ready to release important news for its operating system for smartphones and tablets.
The updates mainly concern Microsoft Edge, the browser that has taken the place of Internet Explorer, the Settings user interface and the introduction of a new application dedicated to 3D printing. With regard to Microsoft Edge will be implemented the service that will allow you to make online purchases directly from the browser and will be introduced support for EPUB format. This last novelty could imply the possibility, in the near future, of the opening of an e-book store by the Redmond company.
What's changing in Settings
The total change of the user interface in the Settings application is part of Microsoft's project to build a single environment between computer, smartphone and Xbox. For this reason, the user interface is identical to the one already present on computers with the introduction of new sections and new features. In addition, it will be possible to block the receipt of updates for at least 35 days.
New View 3D application
The new View 3D application will complement the Paint 3D program that will be released with the Windows 10 Creators Update. Both programs offer the user the ability to work and view content in 3D and send it directly to the device for printing.
