Huawei invests in App Gallery and makes available lots of free apps that are widely used by users. Here's what they are
Many free apps are coming to App Gallery, the online store found on all Huawei devices. Since the beginning of the trade block wanted by Donald Trump in spring/summer 2019, the Chinese company has decided to start investing heavily on its app store, so as to give a valid alternative to its users. And the policy adopted by Huawei is starting to show its fruits: in the last few months, the number of users downloading apps from App Gallery has increased, also thanks to the arrival of many programs that are widely used by users.
Huawei announced that many new apps have just become available, especially those most used by Italian users. The Chinese company has invested in making available apps such as RaiPlay and Mediaset Play, the two on-demand platforms of Rai and Mediaset where you can watch live streaming of the best of TV programming. There are also apps for the main newspapers (Corriere della Sera, TGCom 24, TuttoSport). From entertainment to gaming, via shopping and banking. App Gallery adds many new apps to its offerings, including many used daily by thousands of people. Huawei has decided to focus heavily on App Gallery to offer users an alternative to the Google Play Store.
In the Entertainment category, apps from RaiPlay, Mediaset Play and Infinity, popular video streaming platforms, have been added. Also coming is the SuperGuida TV app that helps you choose what to watch in the evening. A big step forward also for radio: apps for all the main Italian stations have been added.
On the Information front, apps for national newspapers such as Corriere della Sera, SportMediaset, Tuttosport.com, TgCom 24 have been made available. Not only newspapers, but also magazines such as Grazie, GQ Italia, Focus, Wired and Sale&Pepe.
For video game lovers, Asphalt 9 has arrived, probably one of the best racing games available. In addition to Asphalt 9, fans can also choose Start Trek, The Walking Dead and Word Jungle - FREE Word.
Cannot miss the apps for digital payments or shopping. Satispay, Nexi Pay, Trovaprezzi, Unieruo, Mediaworld, Subito and Yoox have arrived on App Gallery. On the Utility front, the most popular apps for Italians are available, those dedicated to weather forecasts.
