Capri Stabia, the eSports division of Juve Stabia, selects three pro gamers: 50.000 euros
If there is an Italian club that is more and more active in eSports, this is certainly Juve Stabia. The Campania-based club that plays in Serie C has a specific division for eSports, the Capri Stabia, which has decided to use the World Esports League platform to select three players who will become pro gamers in the official competitions.
The challenge will be played in FIFA 19, the famous Electronic Arts video game that is very popular all over the world and is still the best-selling game in Italy. Within the World Esports League will therefore be held a FIFA 19 tournament.
Not only the first three classified will become pro players, but there is also a total prize pool of 50 thousand euros.
The tournament includes a first phase of online qualification, through which 32 players will be chosen who will then compete in the finals, from 24 to 26 May 2019. In Capri, in those days, will also be held the finals of Tekken 7, Assetto Corsa, Supercell Brawl Stars and Clash Royale.
