Intagram introduces a feature on an experimental basis that will allow users to go live video with one of their friends
Instagram introduces a novelty that will make especially lovers of live video happy. The social network, owned by Facebook, launches on an experimental basis the function Live with friends, which will allow users of the platform to share live feeds with their contacts.
In other words, thanks to "Go Live With", Instagram members will be able to choose to start recording a video with another person. To live streams, nothing changes: followers will always be able to view the broadcasts and continue to comment or like them. The only important difference is that subscribers will have the possibility to be "accompanied" during the live broadcasts by another user. The system is very simple to use. It is sufficient to press on a new icon positioned in the bottom right corner and then click on "Add". At this point you just need to choose a person among your friends and start the live video sharing.
How it works
Instagram, therefore, is ready to add a new feature to the live video, introduced almost a year ago. Users who decide to do live feeds with friends, once the broadcast is launched, will see the screen split in two. The video of the person with whom you are doing the live will be placed at the bottom.
The "communications" can be easily interrupted at any time by one of the subscribers, who will have the opportunity to quickly start a new video conversation with another friend. Once the live broadcast is over, the live feeds can be deleted - in this case, just press "Delete" - or shared between Stories.
